Drove to Rexburg today and I am tired.
What do I fix for dinner?
EGG MUFFIN!
We have these a lot.
My favorite is:
toasted English muffin
horseradish sauce
red onion
tomatoe
avacodo
fresh spinach
SPAM
fried till slightly crispy edges
(don't knock it till you try it)
cheese
and of course the egg fried in butter with a runny yoke.
These are so good, try one with tall glass of cold milk.
