It has been raining A LOT in St. George, UT with houses being flooding, SO....... Robert and I decided it would be fun to go hiking on some of the trails in the canyon. We have gone hiking a lot during the end of summer, when it was very hot and dry. This time there was water EVERYWHERE and lots of WATERFALLS!!!!!
We decided to go on the Johnson Canyon trail which was one that we had hiked earlier in the year. This trail was suppose to have a nice water hole at the end of it but when we went earlier all we found was a small puddle with a bunch of tadpoles and mini frogs in it. This time there was a GIANT waterfall coming off the cliffs and a BIG water hole.

We really enjoy going hiking and have made it a little hobby of ours. It was really fun to see how much difference the rain had made and we were able to get a lot of really cool pictures.

Sundi, I love it. Great pictures. Looks like lots of fun, I loved going to the beach on rainy days with my friend Linda.
That looks like alot of fun! It would be so freeing to just be out in the rain and not worry about getting muddy. everything looks so washed and pretty.
