This is my attempt at making nesting boxes for my 10 hens.

It works.

I needed something that prevented them from scratching the eggs out of the box,

and prevent them from roosting on top allowing them to poop on the eggs.

I thought it was pretty brilliant.

My cousin told me how she made angle food cake!

Wow! I want to make angle food cake for Easter.

It took 12 egg whites, which I had plenty of.

I didn't have a funnel pan but I lined 2 loaf pans so I could get them out.

You can't grease the pan or the batter cannot climb the sides of the pan.

So good, I will never buy angle food cake from the store.
