Rodeo-End of Fair

The little kids are allowed to show a lamb for fun.

There is a judge and they receive ribbons.

They are so cute to watch, most of them don't have a clue what they are doing.

Here Blue is trying to hold the head up, like his brother and sister do.

Blue is only 8 yrs old here (I think)

They have Mutton Busten at the Rodeo.

They are placed on a lamb and let out the shoot, most kids don't make it more than 20' out the shoot.

Every now and then one gets across the arena, and the crowd goes crazy.

For the kids a little older, they have the Steer Riding.

Wind was so excited and very ready for a wild ride,  as you can tell from his face.
A lot more is going on for Wind than for that steer. 

That steer just walked out, Wind was kicking his feet, trying to get some action out of that steer.

 He hopped off and was disappointed

Fair is over, school starts Monday, Blue's birthday is past and summer is gone.

It's been fun, lots learned, and time to move on.
